PECS GLOBAL LTD (Reg. No. 0086383, Islamabad, Pakistan) operates pecsglobal.uk as an independent WordPress automation platform. Our service provides an API-based auto-update management system that enables WordPress site owners to maintain their installed plugins and themes automatically.
We do not sell individual software licences. We provide a managed service platform for WordPress plugin and theme update automation, fully compliant with the GNU General Public License.
2. GNU General Public License (GPL) Compliance Statement
All software items delivered through the PECS Global platform are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later.
The GPL is the world’s most widely used free software licence. It grants recipients the rights to use, study, share, and modify the software. What this means for our customers:
- You receive the right to use, study, copy, modify, and redistribute the software
- The GPL explicitly permits distribution and redistribution by any party
- Plugin and theme functionality is identical to the originals
- Our service provides automated update management — not a circumvention of any licence
- Updates are delivered through the standard WordPress update API

PECS Global provides a software automation service:
- We operate an API infrastructure connecting WordPress sites to a managed software update repository
- All software in our repository is licensed under the GPL, which explicitly permits redistribution
- Customers receive access to our automation service — automated update management for their sites
- Our subscription covers the automation service, API access, support, and platform operation — not individual software licences
- Customers requiring commercial support licences directly from original vendors should obtain them separately
