1. Your Statutory Rights (UK / EU Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase unless you have already started using the Service and expressly waived this right. By activating your API licence key, you acknowledge the Service has begun and waive the 14-day right. Our 7-day guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment for any reason. Email billing@pecsglobal.uk with your order reference. No questions asked. Refunds processed within 3 business days.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Request within 7 days of initial purchase
- Service unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault
- Incorrect charge due to billing error
- Technical issues preventing Service use that we cannot resolve within 14 days
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Requests more than 7 days after purchase (unless eligibility criteria above apply)
- Lifetime plan purchases after 7 days
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
- Partial refunds for unused time on annual plans (after 7 days)
5. Subscription Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your customer dashboard at app.pecsglobal.uk. Access continues to end of paid period. No refund for the current period unless within the 7-day window.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@pecsglobal.uk with: order reference, registered email, and reason. We process within 3 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method (allow 5–10 additional business days for bank processing).
