1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services provided by PECS GLOBAL LTD, including the WPAU plugin, customer portal at pecsglobal.uk, and all related services (collectively the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

3. The Service

PECS Global provides a WordPress plugin and theme auto-update service enabling users to automatically update premium WordPress plugins and themes via a secure API. The Service includes:

• Access to our plugin and theme update catalogue (885+ plugins, 96+ themes)
• Automatic update management for WordPress sites via the WPAU plugin
• API access authenticated by unique licence key
• Customer dashboard at app.pecsglobal.uk
• Plugin bundle builder and one-time purchase options

4. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must provide a valid email address and pay the applicable fee. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API licence key and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@pecsglobal.uk of any unauthorised use.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

We offer subscription tiers (monthly and annual) and one-time lifetime plans. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method. Prices are listed at pecsglobal.uk/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

6. Licence Key and Permitted Use

Upon payment, we issue a unique API licence key. This key is personal, non-transferable, may only be used on the number of domains your plan permits, and must not be shared with third parties. Violation results in immediate termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and our proprietary software are the property of PECS GLOBAL LTD or its licensors. Plugin and theme files available through the Service remain subject to their original authors’ licences (primarily the GNU General Public License). 8. Prohibited Activities

• Sharing, selling, or distributing your API licence key
• Using the Service on more domains than your plan permits
• Reverse engineering or circumventing security measures
• Reselling access without our prior written consent
• Using the Service for unlawful purposes

9. Availability and Uptime

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Cancellation and Termination

Cancel anytime from your customer dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PECS GLOBAL LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
